HOURLY RATE (2-Hour Minimum)

Monday through Wednesday

Belle Vue Room: $200 per hour

Citadelle Room: $300 per hour

  • Booking for non-celebration events only! Photo shoots, conferences, training, book signings, etc.

  • $200 non-refundable retainer due at booking

  • $250 refundable damage security deposit will be due 

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is paid,  contract is executed and details are finalized.

FRI, SAT (Before 6 PM) & SUN

Belle Vue Room: $1250

Citadelle Room: $1750

  • 6 hours - includes 1 hour setup and 1 hour breakdown

  • 50% non-refundable retainer due at booking

  • $500 refundable damage security deposit will be due 

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is paid,  contract is executed and details are finalized.

WEEKDAYS

Monday through Thursday

Belle Vue Room: $750

Citadelle Room: $1250

  • 6 hours - includes 1 hour setup and 1 hour breakdown

Mon-Thurs: $400

Fri, Early Sat, Sun: $500

Sat Night: $600

  • Only available with room rental

  • 1 Bartender included

  • Alcohol not included. Renter is responsible for supplying alcohol

Mon-Thurs: $2250

Fri, Sat Before 6 PM, Sun: $2750
